Maintain good relationships with signed key accounts from renowned Fortune 500 and state-owned enterprises; Take major responsibility for High Client Satisfaction through excellent customer service including returning a visit and upgrading software, etc.

 

Familiar with software industry; Strong contract negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong sense of service; Fluent spoken and written English capabilities; College degree or above;

Excellent staff have the chance for overseas training;

 

 

 

2. Sales Director

Manage daily communication with key accounts from Fortune 500 enterprises; Develop and maintain good business relationships with key accounts;

Deeply drill down potential needs of key accounts and provide them with satisfactory solutions;

Regularly track prospective customers and submit sales progress reports in order to achieve the sales target;

Organize and manage sales teams to fulfill the sales target;

 

 

 

3. Website Editor

Software enthusiast; Strong interest in software products;

Graceful writing; Responsible for writing software comments & reviews and updating software information on the website;

Familiar with the website design and plan of IT industry; Candidate with working experience of writing and journalist is preferred;

Working experience of IT website editor is a competitive advantage;

 

 

4. Marketing Director

Familiar with IT, Internet and advertisement industries; Good cooperation resources of media and Internet;

Responsible for marketing research and demand analysis; Exactly master the market and competitor situations;

Strong ability to plan, market and manage products;

Good command of English with at least 5-year working experience

 

 

 

5. Customer Service Manager

Establish business standard and workflow for the call center; Responsible for business training and tests for call center staff;

Collect and organize customer information as well as build and maintain databases;

Support for sales and marketing promotion; Track key accounts, analyze customer requirements and submit analysis reports;

Optimize customer service system and boost customer satisfaction;

 

 

6. Legal Counsel

Familiar with agreements related to acquisition, merger, investment and capital market financing and other law documents;

Participate in various negotiations, drawing up law documents and assisting law enforcement organs to handle cases; Working experience of handling cases related to software intellectual property rights;

Provide support for corresponding law affairs (copyright tort and intellectual property rights protection);

Responsible for collecting information related to law affairs for the enterprise, and providing legal advice to facilitate operation;

Handle other law affairs and provide internal legal consultation;

Good command of English with at least 5-year working experience;

 

 

7. Network Engineer

Familiar with Cisco, Huawei and other network devices as well as network management software including HP Openview, IBM Tivoli or Solarwinds, etc.

Take major responsibility for assisting related sales; Provide essential pre-sale and post-sale technical support

Candidate with working experience for managing IDC is preferred
